7/10 Capstone Project - Solution #2 - Collaboration & Relationships

Moving on from assessment guide there are other solutions besides papers that can help beginner SET'S survive their first few harsh years. Now in a lot of jobs, we're most likely to know a lot of people along the way. One of the main things to do when working is to build a connection with other co-workers. In this blog post, I'm going to explain the benefits of working together and building relationships with others.

When working together with other people we get to know everyone over time and it builds a connection of trust and friendship. Having a relationship creates a better work environment and helping each other contribute amongst various activities. In special education co-teaching is considered to be the best recommendation is improving teaching quality. The reason behind co-teaching is that other educators can understand their purpose of teaching and every one of them can share some advice or experience that can improve their academic performance as well towards other students. For special educators, Collaborations & Relationship should be a mandatory thing when starting off as a special educator.

In the co-teaching article, they've talked about six different methods of co-teaching that can prepare themselves for the subjects and provide their students help. Each of the methods discussed is a bit different but similarity in the purpose of co-teaching. One strong benefit of doing this is that this can cope with stress as other workers can assist you if anything bad is happening during your duration of class time. Another strong benefit is an experience. Dealing with strong issues and resolving it can be a great improvement in the educating field and working amongst a group of peers can go a long way.

One example that shows a success in using co-teaching is in Malaysia whereas working together in a group finding fewer challenges while working compared to working alone and finding a lot more common issues. This is definitely true because working alone tends to find and resolve a lot of issues on your own. If a group of people works together then this would create a system of ideas that can be put to use. Co-teaching, in general, would be one of the stronger if not the strongest solution to help out beginning SET succeed.
